Raspberry jam

Vegan Waffles! This is enough for two very hungry people. Aka Frej & I when we’re hungover.

4 dl flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
0.5 litres of oat milk (or do it the cheap way and mix some oat with water, works just the same when baking/cooking but is pretty gross in tea)
100 g of melted milk free margarine

Those are delicious and I make them way too often. I don’t know where the recipe is from, I’ve printed it out and put inside of one of our kitchen cabinets and then forgotten. If I knew I’d credit for making up a good recipe, promise! It has some instructions on in which order to pour in the ingredients but I really think it makes no difference at all. Just mix and put in a waffle iron. Serve with jam or my favourite; avocadoes mixed with garlic & coconut milk.

I’ll update the site later in the evening, I have to take a break from the computer right now because my arms are hurting pretty bad. Cheers, and make the waffles, they’re worth your while!

    I don’t know if that’s a swedish thing but I think almost all our waffle irons make those waffles or ones with five hearts (those are my favourite ones)

    I never liked whipped cream much actually… too little sugar, haha
